It’s been said that: words have
the power to change world and anytime one reads a book; the mind is filled with
the ammunition to take on the world and face any sort of competition. Yet today the patronage of books and even the
writing itself; has gone down to a very low degree. However, there are some individuals who are
putting the power of ink and paper into use to contribute to the growth of the
society. One of such a person is: Saeed Kamalu Bako.

CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOCIETY
Saeed, an indigene of Plateau state, Nigeria started his early life in Pushit, Mangu local government area of Plateau state. It was there he did his primary and basic education and afterwards moved to Kano, where he wrote his SSCE and G.S.S. The young man further moved ahead to secure his first degree at the prolific Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he studied Mass Communication. Kamalu, a social activist and also blogger (Kamsonality.Blogspot.com) is a renowned writer and author; written several papers and articles, Kamalu’s first book “Sister or my Love” a novella; exposes readers to the social ills of our society and also provided insights on how these issues can be solved. A speaker and analytic critic Kamalu is simply a gift to this generation.
